Davis Training Systems (DTS) is located in Central Florida and has been recognized as the leader in sports performance training. Through scientific research, self education, trial and error from hands on training DTS has formulated the best training methods for sports enhancement. We have developed one truly unique training system combined with cutting edge equipment and unsurpassed services making it one of the most extensive training facility in the area along with personal training and sports medicine services. In 3 years we have produced the following:
- DTS has trained 4 high school football players who ran the fastest 40 yard dash at Rivals.com, CSA Prepstar and Under Armour high school combines.
- DTS helped 51 high school athletes earn D-1A and D-1AA scholarships in their sport in the past 3 years.
- DTS is the 1st facility to list all of the former and current athletes that have received college scholarships while training with us.
- DTS has been the go to place to help athletes recover in record time from injuries. Already helping 7 clients overcome serious injuries to go on and receive scholarships or be able to compete at their position at the college and professional level.
- DTS trains 6 All-Americans in 4 different sports
- DTS has trained National Football Champions
- DTS has trained 12 professional athletes during their off-seasons
- DTS trains 3 NFL players
- DTS was featured in the Orlando Sentinel for sports performance training
- DTS helped Bishop Moore High School achieve a 10-0 regular season in 2006
- DTS was the 1st Sports Training facility in Central Florida to have a Youtube, Myspace, and Facebook page.
- DTS was the 1st Sports Training facility in Central Florida to incorporate Strongman Training using sleds, flipping tires, sledge hammer, sand bags, and pulling trucks.
- DTS already has been a consultant to 6 private sports performance facilities
- DTS developed a partnership with Muscle Milk to provide quality nutrition to our athletes who are given a pre and post workout shake to achieve optimal results
